Daily Mastery for Moms
Dear Fellow Mom,
First, let me acknowledge you.
You’ve taken on one of the most important jobs in the world, and
also one of the toughest. As you know from
living it every day, being a Mom can be a wonderful experience, but
it’s also a tough and sometimes very stressful job. You have the
joys of playing, watching your child(ren) grow, being the recipient of
their funniest sayings and most profound thoughts and their sorrows,
but you also find yourself having to stay awake half of the night
because a child is sick, scrambling to get everyone up and out the door
every morning, finding last-minute baby-sitting solutions when someone
is sick, juggling work, housekeeping, child and significant other every
day of the year, with very little, if any, respite. It’s
stressful, it’s tiring, it’s frustrating, it’s a
juggling act and sometimes makes us lose sight of the amazing moments
and joys it brings.
 I
should know… I’m a Mom myself. And as a New Mom, I too
experienced the overwhelm, the frustrations, the fatigue, the having no time for myself.
As
a matter of fact, I came very close to having a breakdown before I took
myself on as a client, and applied to my life the lessons, rules,
techniques and tools I was already teaching my professional clients.
Since
then, many Mom clients have benefited from my combined expertise and
personal experience to achieve some of the following:
- Be truly ready for the arrival of first Baby (most books forget some important elements I wish I had known ahead of time!);
- Organize a seamless transition
from work to maternity leave and back to work, affording complete peace
of mind and the luxury to completely focus on Baby, to go back to work
knowing everything is taken care of at home, and this whether it's the
first or third baby;
- Create habits and techniques that eliminate the feeling of overwhelm and of juggling too many balls at once;
- Build a structure that truly supports them in their role as a mom, or their dual role as a mom and producer;
- Find regular Me Time - yes, it’s possible, it’s actually a lot easier to do than you think.
(See here the testimonials of some of those moms)
